1:1 Coaching
Take the guesswork out of your training and get the most out of your effort with 1:1 personalized coaching. Open to all endurance athletes at all levels (beginning to pro triathletes, marathoners, bikers, runners, etc). 1:1 coaching includes:
Individualized training plan via Training Peaks that is highly customized to meet your goals and to work around your personal schedule
Heart rate zone or power based plan
Bimonthly fitness assessments to establish your baseline, track your progress, and adjust your training zones accordingly
Monthly 1:1 consultations
Exclusive clinics just for coached athletes
Outdoor group training rides and runs

Group Training
Want to make your training more fun? And effective? Try joining our group workouts. These are open to all athletes, regardless of whether or not you receive coaching plans from us. We have a variety of membership options, including:

Please note that some of our group training opportunities take place at partner organizations and require registration through our partner. The timing and rates for these classes may vary by partner. Registration links are included below.

Group Classes
All indoor classes, excluding swimming, take place at the WIC/E3 Coaching Studio at 1155 Clarity Street, Verona, WI 53593
Off Season (Nov - May)
Masters Swim
Masters Swimming is a fun and challenging workout that helps improve stroke technique while building endurance. During each 10 week session we will focus first on technique and then on endurance. We swim all four strokes, although butterfly is always optional; feel free to join us even if you haven’t mastered them. Our workouts are easy on the joints, are scaled for different fitness levels and abilities, and provide great exercise for the entire body.

Indoor Cycling
Get ready for race season with a variety of coached cycling classes with our partners at Wisconsin Indoor Cycling (WIC). We offer both heart rate and power focused cycling classes that are accessible for any ability level! Come ride with us and enjoy the energy and camaraderie of a fun group workout!
Strength and Flexibility (Year Round)
Gain strength and skills that will improve your race readiness. Learn the newest techniques to strengthening your body so that you're able to support endurance efforts. Improve flexibility and mobility to prevent injury. Work out in a controlled and competitive friendly atmosphere. Learn when and how to push properly.
PrimE3
Have fun and challenge yourself in E3's popular strength building class using free weights, kettle bells, bosu balls, core workouts, and total body movements.

TRX
Build your core utilizing your own bodyweight and gravity. TRX straps offer one of the best ways to always incorporate your core while simultaneously targeting other muscles, leading to a huge payoff in race day performance.

PrimE3X
Join us for this new, high intensity class combining the best parts of PRIME3 and TRX, utilizing bodyweight exercises and weights.

Yoga
When we're not loosening....we're tightening. Some of the total body movements can harm you if you don't have the mobility or flexibility. Muscle elasticity is also important for injury prevention. Improve flexibility and mobility with yoga, through our partners at Red Ox Yoga.

Race Season (May 15 - Sept 15)
Open Water Swim
Train safely, improve your endurance, learn sighting techniques and get comfortable in open water with fully supported and coached group swim workouts.
Open water swimming takes place at the Verona Fireman's Park, Law Park on Lake Monona or Lake Wingra, depending on water temperature.

Indoor/Outdoor Cycling
Join us for fully supported outdoor group training rides or indoor coached rides on a smart trainer and build your skills, confidence, endurance, and speed on the bike. Get familiar with the bike courses for local races and benefit from expert coaching on how to ride them most effectively. Varying locations.
